Step 1. Getting Started — Your First Lesson.
If you’re serious about getting started, the first step is to visit one of my training groups, meet me, and experience the practice first hand.
I’m teaching two public training group locations every week.
Both are 2 hour sessions.
I welcome you to participate in an introductory class for no cost.
Step 2. Select Location.
Monday Nights in Waterbury. 7-9:30pm

(This space also has Weds and Friday open gyms – meaning you can come and use the space to work out from 5-9pm )
Saturday Mornings in New Milford. 10:30am-12:30pm.

Step 3. What to Bring.
Bring water, sweat towel, wear loose comfortable clothing.
For example, a T-shirt and comfortable pants or shorts to sweat and stretch in.
We practice in light weight sneakers at the Waterbury gym, and bare feet in New Milford.
For sneakers, anything clean that you’d wear to a gym is great.
Uniform T-shirts are available and may be purchased at anytime.
Step 4. Tuition Payment.
After your first trial class, the Tuition to attend either gym is $100 / month.
The Waterbury space includes access to open gym access.
