WING CHUN

This years topic will include form and applications from the Wooden Dummy. We’ll learn the footwork, angulation strategy and arm hardening methods. Focus will be on the tactical translations of the movements found in the various chapters.

JEET KUNE DO

This years topic will include stand up body mechanics, footwork methods for entry, interception and evasion. Getting to close range untouched with a seamless flow. JKD includes methods from Wing Chun, Western Boxing, French Savate, Kali, Catch-as-can-catch, Jujitsu, Russian Sambo, and Kuntao
