Mark your calendars… Sunday July 9th 2023. Outdoor Training Seminar.
With the warm weather here and the forest bursting with foliage, the call to run an outdoor workshop has been made. We’re going to focus the day’s training on Wing Chun Long Staff applications adapted to a hiking stick.
Expect to spend the day outdoors, so bring a day pack with food and water.
Plan is to meet at the trail head at 10am. Hike, train and gather for a community picnic.
